Acceptance of your order: Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and UK CCTV Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications (bespoke orders), we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch or on delivery. Specially ordered goods or bespoke builds will be charged on receipt by us of your order. | What's happens if I am out when you deliver? If you are out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. |
How do I return an item I ordered online? Should you return goods to UK CCTV Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) or one of our suppliers and you have not sent the goods by registered post we will not accept responsibility for items getting lost in the post. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns of non-defective items may, at UK CCTV Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE. We also will not refund any carriage that was charged at the time of the order. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued. How do I get a refund once I have returned an item? Returns of non-defective items may, at Wootton Industries Limited sole discretion, be accepted for return.
